Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Items that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please include a note with your full contact information, your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Before sending your return, please contact us at info@thecheers.com.cn  we will guide you to finish the procedure.

After the procedure has been completed please return the merchandise to us.  We advise you to use an insured and trackable carrier for your return. We cannot be responsible for either unauthorised returns or returns lost or damaged in transit back to us. Returns are generally processed within 7 working days of receipt.
